There's not much to say about this, really. It's green and it is an amazing polish! I am in love with the thermal polish concept! For this manicure, I used:<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
* Polish: Colores de Carol - Lucky Me (thermal)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
* Stamping polish: Mundo de Unas - Dark Green</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
* Stamping plate: UberChic Beauty - St. Patrick's Day</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-nrqPeBt_xKw/XI6R_mb9dQI/AAAAAAAAKEc/9cTHF7v3IsodQcbjU5EdJXeQIGoXH-VnQCKgBGAs/s1600/St.%2BPatricks%2BDay%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1201" data-original-width="1600" height="480" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-nrqPeBt_xKw/XI6R_mb9dQI/AAAAAAAAKEc/9cTHF7v3IsodQcbjU5EdJXeQIGoXH-VnQCKgBGAs/s640/St.%2BPatricks%2BDay%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
This is the cold state - a really pretty kelly green. It is almost pastel! Forgive the tip wear; my top coat caused a bit more shrinkage than normal.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Wwbi-EY74dM/XI6SJfvNZTI/AAAAAAAAKEg/yVJX8-QoiRkE0BHWgtXjY7_q2z3u7EmIwCKgBGAs/s1600/St.%2BPatricks%2BDay%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1201" data-original-width="1600" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Wwbi-EY74dM/XI6SJfvNZTI/AAAAAAAAKEg/yVJX8-QoiRkE0BHWgtXjY7_q2z3u7EmIwCKgBGAs/s640/St.%2BPatricks%2BDay%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Here is the natural or warm state of this polish which goes to a creamy mint green to almost yellow. I have to say that I like the cold better, but I'm not hanging around outside these days just for that! I have this on my toes too and it really does help to gauge my body temperature. LOL!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-bV06yFSuyWE/XI6SY7m0GwI/AAAAAAAAKEk/1zHZv1rR4x07U3Z9Gl_XExf75zxxIPRtgCKgBGAs/s1600/St.%2BPatricks%2BDay%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1201" data-original-width="1600" height="480" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-bV06yFSuyWE/XI6SY7m0GwI/AAAAAAAAKEk/1zHZv1rR4x07U3Z9Gl_XExf75zxxIPRtgCKgBGAs/s640/St.%2BPatricks%2BDay%2B3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Not the best picture, but here it is in transition. This is so fun!<br />

<br />
This pink polish has a gorgeous holo effect that I just couldn't capture with my camera. I missed all of the sunshine while wearing this to take photos outside.<br />

I have so many polishes that have never been worn that this is a great way to use them. Anyway, when I spun the wheels this time, I got Teal as my color choice and Gradient as my design.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-nqK2ONUAZoI/XE5d4R5KbFI/AAAAAAAAKB0/ELZvH_yqmfMaitZgF6KmdZZrXDimB9CGgCKgBGAs/s1600/January%2BWheel%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1201" data-original-width="1600" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-nqK2ONUAZoI/XE5d4R5KbFI/AAAAAAAAKB0/ELZvH_yqmfMaitZgF6KmdZZrXDimB9CGgCKgBGAs/s640/January%2BWheel%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
What I used:<br />
*KB Shimmer - Meet Me At The Barre<br />
*KB Shimmer - A Touch Of Glass<br />
*KB Shimmer - Teal It To My Heart<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-_nzQxXQXC0o/XE5eNHoG6qI/AAAAAAAAKB8/bJIrpW_iC-ot-1L0m5jtuqEktDZTzOPRgCKgBGAs/s1600/January%2BWheel%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1201" data-original-width="1600" height="480" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-_nzQxXQXC0o/XE5eNHoG6qI/AAAAAAAAKB8/bJIrpW_iC-ot-1L0m5jtuqEktDZTzOPRgCKgBGAs/s640/January%2BWheel%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I'm sorry to say that the pictures don't really do the color justice. It was really pretty on though!<br />
<br />

I had no idea what Little Christmas was until a friend of mine said something to me about it when I mentioned I didn't know what to title this blog post. When I looked into it, it was a fit (color-wise)!<br />
<br />
I didn't have much in mind for a theme for this week's look. I took an idea from another friend about putting ideas into a wheel that you can spin (virtually, of course) to help you along. So, I created a wheel of colors and one for nail art styles. Upon spinning, I ended up with "green" and "striping tape". Here is what I put together:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-kiJWUyCZ-Ww/XDQI1ikcOCI/AAAAAAAAKAE/eVyr4GQPI-48RWt_8jGHZKy-8jhZytFdgCKgBGAs/s1600/Little%2BChristmas%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1201" data-original-width="1600" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-kiJWUyCZ-Ww/XDQI1ikcOCI/AAAAAAAAKAE/eVyr4GQPI-48RWt_8jGHZKy-8jhZytFdgCKgBGAs/s640/Little%2BChristmas%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
What I used:<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
*<b>KB Shimmer</b> Keep Palm and Carry On</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
*<b>KB Shimmer</b> Flake Expectations</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
*Striping tape</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZOuD98fDujk/XDQJLUm7NLI/AAAAAAAAKAQ/fZYDxk0STfoub3FHiuGFLopo09y1OnGkwCKgBGAs/s1600/Little%2BChristmas%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1201" data-original-width="1600" height="480" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZOuD98fDujk/XDQJLUm7NLI/AAAAAAAAKAQ/fZYDxk0STfoub3FHiuGFLopo09y1OnGkwCKgBGAs/s640/Little%2BChristmas%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Can I ask how people keep striping tape on their nails? I have managed to amass quite the horde of striping tape over the years but don't use it often. I find it annoyingly complicated to apply nicely and it just doesn't stay on my nails! I have 2 coats of top coat over this and it is still peeling. It's pretty though and a sacrifice I am willing to make for the look. (wink, wink)<br />
<br />
Just look at those flakies though! I mean the color shift is gorgeous!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-c_rgJQ6cHzI/XDQKKP1OCJI/AAAAAAAAKAg/Qz7zP0_7oAQ4GpKLAkEm1d6N2pq6aIM-gCKgBGAs/s1600/Little%2BChristmas%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1201" data-original-width="1600" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-c_rgJQ6cHzI/XDQKKP1OCJI/AAAAAAAAKAg/Qz7zP0_7oAQ4GpKLAkEm1d6N2pq6aIM-gCKgBGAs/s640/Little%2BChristmas%2B3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>

New year, new goals. My format will be super simple going forward. If there is anything I don't explain enough, just reach out and I will answer what I can.<br />
<br />
For my New Year's nails, I went with a pretty lilac base and some stars for celebration. For the glitter, I sponged it on with concentrations around the cuticle on one side only. It didn't look how I wanted it to so I did a light coat over the whole nail before adhering the stars.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-SN0iYaiUk1Q/XCv1fowGT6I/AAAAAAAAJ-8/RVrh13CyPhQsav_izibiKt051m90VLvSQCKgBGAs/s1600/New%2BYear%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1201" data-original-width="1600" height="480" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-SN0iYaiUk1Q/XCv1fowGT6I/AAAAAAAAJ-8/RVrh13CyPhQsav_izibiKt051m90VLvSQCKgBGAs/s640/New%2BYear%2B3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Here is what I used for this mani:<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
* Seche Color: Flirt</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
*Wet 'n Wild: Sparkle & Grey<br />
*Star glitter and embellishments I have had forever</div>
<br />
It takes a lot of top coat to get those stars to not snag on everything! They are firmly in place and should present quite the challenge to remove when I am tired of them.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-XcnNn4j505I/XCv20NR4xvI/AAAAAAAAJ_M/0PlbTe3L5GgOK7Whb98SOl3PyeKMG5DjwCKgBGAs/s1600/New%2BYear%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1201" data-original-width="1600" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-XcnNn4j505I/XCv20NR4xvI/AAAAAAAAJ_M/0PlbTe3L5GgOK7Whb98SOl3PyeKMG5DjwCKgBGAs/s640/New%2BYear%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>

<br />

<br />
For this look I dabbed all kinds of colors (listed below) onto a makeup sponge and applied to my nails.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>What I Used:</b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
* Sephora by OPI - <i>Seeing Pink Elephants</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>*</i> China Glaze - <i>Friends Forever, Right?</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
* China Glaze - <i>New Birth</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
* China Glaze - <i>Spring In My Step</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
* Bonita - <i>some purple color that has no name on the bottle</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>* </i>Sephora by OPI - <i>Natural Environ-mint</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
*Stamping polishes - MDU - <i>Tutti, Neon Blue, Neon Green</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>*</i>Stamps: BM-S205, Mash-38</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-7UfISTRRCfo/WB6DXlGr9GI/AAAAAAAAIcI/ZHkhbfRPF5M0yF1b5vLlUwwVpXRQauCbwCPcB/s1600/Wrong%2BHalloween%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-7UfISTRRCfo/WB6DXlGr9GI/AAAAAAAAIcI/ZHkhbfRPF5M0yF1b5vLlUwwVpXRQauCbwCPcB/s640/Wrong%2BHalloween%2B3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I also added a few little pearls to each spider's back on the accent nail. Not that it is obvious, but the pearls are the color of the opposite spider. It was a super cute mani for Halloween. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>

It's been quite a while since I have posted. It's been really busy in my life, but I am starting the 26 Great Nail Art Ideas with the New Crumpets Nail Tarts. The first prompt is Blue + Silver so, here we go:<br />

<br />
The blue color combo makes me think of a Batman comic or something. It's October, so I needed a little spookiness in there so I used Bundle Monster BM-S205 for the stamp.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-p_gxEGgo9vo/WAQxONJd6OI/AAAAAAAAIWc/784GVuAzqsAOmmLsyW_Em7iuxUCwp7slwCPcB/s1600/Blue%2B%252B%2BSilver%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-p_gxEGgo9vo/WAQxONJd6OI/AAAAAAAAIWc/784GVuAzqsAOmmLsyW_Em7iuxUCwp7slwCPcB/s640/Blue%2B%252B%2BSilver%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
If you've been here much, you know how much I love a gradient! These colors all blended together nicely. It's a spooky night manicure to get things started. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-g230q-EDRhU/WAQxOCowYaI/AAAAAAAAIWc/LcR5D2HOurQFaUVpC5OiIFGLNYVBYyfKgCPcB/s1600/Blue%2B%252B%2BSilver%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-g230q-EDRhU/WAQxOCowYaI/AAAAAAAAIWc/LcR5D2HOurQFaUVpC5OiIFGLNYVBYyfKgCPcB/s640/Blue%2B%252B%2BSilver%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
One last look. Stay tuned for the next one!<br />

I had a lot of ideas for this one but I wanted to try something new - decals! I pre-made these and it really helped with my placement.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-PCKXIMhfeyE/Vu2PH7CBcjI/AAAAAAAAHo4/N519l69d8Ec9vtauDVUxHIAbN5odHp_aA/s1600/3%2BShades%2Bof%2BGreen%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-PCKXIMhfeyE/Vu2PH7CBcjI/AAAAAAAAHo4/N519l69d8Ec9vtauDVUxHIAbN5odHp_aA/s640/3%2BShades%2Bof%2BGreen%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I struggle with getting a perfectly aligned stamp and making this ahead of time was a life-saver. I will be getting my hands on a clear stamper soon though...<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-A3z8MbsmUjs/Vu2PHzue9CI/AAAAAAAAHo4/SFSmcoH8z9Q6IamzOZCIPjbdhRujCxGVw/s1600/3%2BShades%2Bof%2BGreen%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-A3z8MbsmUjs/Vu2PHzue9CI/AAAAAAAAHo4/SFSmcoH8z9Q6IamzOZCIPjbdhRujCxGVw/s640/3%2BShades%2Bof%2BGreen%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
As you can tell, I went with an ombre look this time. I chose 5 different green polishes. I am always pleasantly surprised by the amount of selection I seem to have. It pays to be a hoarder!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-6GAcU3LQ-ow/Vu2PH04HSjI/AAAAAAAAHo4/rW8AeUEJTJonDna5svKT8SxzJ-SjCnbrA/s1600/3%2BShades%2Bof%2BGreen%2B5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-6GAcU3LQ-ow/Vu2PH04HSjI/AAAAAAAAHo4/rW8AeUEJTJonDna5svKT8SxzJ-SjCnbrA/s640/3%2BShades%2Bof%2BGreen%2B5.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I also chose to have my chevrons pointing in opposite directions on each nail. This image is from the UberChic Beauty 1-01 plate. It is a very military look (to my husband's delight). <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
It worked out to be a great St. Patrick's Day look too. :) I hope you like it as much as I do. Thanks for stopping by!<br />

I haven't done one of these in a really long time!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-v7uk86kiq4s/VttmskREw4I/AAAAAAAAHjA/XS_wuXP9GMU/s1600/Pastel%2BWaterfall%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-v7uk86kiq4s/VttmskREw4I/AAAAAAAAHjA/XS_wuXP9GMU/s640/Pastel%2BWaterfall%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
It was really hard not making this look like an Easter egg, but it came out pretty cute. Here is what I used for this:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-1ZgObTiW1XM/VttmAjYodnI/AAAAAAAAHio/LIazr4mSXs0/s1600/Pastel%2BWaterfall%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-1ZgObTiW1XM/VttmAjYodnI/AAAAAAAAHio/LIazr4mSXs0/s640/Pastel%2BWaterfall%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I used 3 coats of <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">The Way Tutu His Heart</u> for the base color of this look. It was still a bit streaky in the end, which was a disappointment. I couldn't risk another coat and making the polish too thick so I just left it as is. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-FlHKLXm4MoA/Vttmsr2K_CI/AAAAAAAAHjA/uTmBMO7jUOA/s1600/Pastel%2BWaterfall%2B4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-FlHKLXm4MoA/Vttmsr2K_CI/AAAAAAAAHjA/uTmBMO7jUOA/s640/Pastel%2BWaterfall%2B4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I used a fine striping brush that I bought from Bundle Monster to make the lines. It is all just random and I tried to keep it to a minimum for this look. I finished this off with a matte top coat. I am really liking the matte look and it took me forever to find a matte polish I found to be decent. In case you are wondering, I use the Wet n Wild Matte. Yeah, the cheap stuff seems to be my favorite. LOL! It's a win-win.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-KOE9yZDSO4c/Vttmslliv1I/AAAAAAAAHjA/hjkY4emlFa8/s1600/Pastel%2BWaterfall%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-KOE9yZDSO4c/Vttmslliv1I/AAAAAAAAHjA/hjkY4emlFa8/s640/Pastel%2BWaterfall%2B3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Thanks for stopping by! Take a look at the other awesome entries for this prompt.<br />

I love stamping so I was going to just use a plate ending in whatever date it was, but then I remembered that I had a new Bundle Monster set that I hadn't even put away yet. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Y-d7B_pe_sI/VtNEJBMqYCI/AAAAAAAAHgU/SyKv4MRTFUc/s1600/Kitties%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Y-d7B_pe_sI/VtNEJBMqYCI/AAAAAAAAHgU/SyKv4MRTFUc/s640/Kitties%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I knew, up front, that I wanted to do a neutral colored manicure and it was easy enough to find some pretty polish that I haven't tried yet. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-9fa6ifywSg4/VtNDsxqCuNI/AAAAAAAAHgU/7XOv_uMb8u8/s1600/Kitties%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-9fa6ifywSg4/VtNDsxqCuNI/AAAAAAAAHgU/7XOv_uMb8u8/s640/Kitties%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Picking a plate to use was also easy - I have a lot of cats so it is always good to represent them. :)<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-lbZfqCQDQ-U/VtNEJKYk-KI/AAAAAAAAHgU/DXYhgISGP-E/s1600/Kitties%2B5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-lbZfqCQDQ-U/VtNEJKYk-KI/AAAAAAAAHgU/DXYhgISGP-E/s640/Kitties%2B5.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
After my base coat, I used 3 thin layers of the <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Bone White</u>. I am really trying to branch out on my stamping colors and since I own all of the MDU colors, this one was a perfect match. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-nIoyxCRwcwo/VtNEJN1Yb4I/AAAAAAAAHgU/1cwt-a-sy04/s1600/Kitties%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-nIoyxCRwcwo/VtNEJN1Yb4I/AAAAAAAAHgU/1cwt-a-sy04/s640/Kitties%2B3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I used my Luxe stamper from UberChic Beauty for this one and I will say that I was utterly impressed with the transfer quality. I will also say that this is the first time I have been able to successfully use it for stamping. I didn't do anything differently either. It just worked this time. Whatever, I will go with it!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZdJyE4llEC8/VtNEJOjJibI/AAAAAAAAHgU/62ZoZ4Evx1Q/s1600/Kitties%2B4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZdJyE4llEC8/VtNEJOjJibI/AAAAAAAAHgU/62ZoZ4Evx1Q/s640/Kitties%2B4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I hope you think this is as cute as I do. Thanks for stopping by. <br />

I love red and I really need to use it more often. The big drawback for me is how hard it is to clean up after it. My prompt for this week was "watercolor". It is hard to think of a primary color as a watercolor, but I did my research and decided to go with the Nimbus technique as per Sammy at The Nailasaurus. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-SNz6fVdIEKA/VsfIZ-mGFvI/AAAAAAAADDM/g92Z0Rs-QWg/s1600/Red%2BWatercolor%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-SNz6fVdIEKA/VsfIZ-mGFvI/AAAAAAAADDM/g92Z0Rs-QWg/s640/Red%2BWatercolor%2B3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I chose 3 shades of red to use over a white base color. A cute little Valentine's day heart stamp was the perfect touch to this one.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ZsT0DQXkJlE/VsfIZy3IXbI/AAAAAAAADDM/ZBZKOn5qPkY/s1600/Red%2BWatercolor%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ZsT0DQXkJlE/VsfIZy3IXbI/AAAAAAAADDM/ZBZKOn5qPkY/s640/Red%2BWatercolor%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I have done this technique before with <a href="http://brandysnailtasticblog.blogspot.com/2014/01/january-tri-polish-tuesday-2-inspired.html" target="_blank">this look</a>. It is a very easy technique but kind of hard to know when to stop. I tend to over-think things... Anyway, using acetone to thin out the polish, I just started dabbing away with a cotton swab.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-VbulzR41G10/VsfIa3Nb66I/AAAAAAAADDM/SSiHM0mrcxU/s1600/Red%2BWatercolor%2B4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-VbulzR41G10/VsfIa3Nb66I/AAAAAAAADDM/SSiHM0mrcxU/s640/Red%2BWatercolor%2B4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
The other tricky part to this technique is that the cotton swabs tend to leave fibers in the look! I tried really hard to keep those at bay with a good amount of success. I used Pueen 41 for this cute heart image. After a layer of Seche Vite, it turned out to be a sweet little Valentine to myself.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-MM_clCi7RtQ/VsfIZwoKRhI/AAAAAAAADDM/kb3-F4JC77c/s1600/Red%2BWatercolor%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-MM_clCi7RtQ/VsfIZwoKRhI/AAAAAAAADDM/kb3-F4JC77c/s640/Red%2BWatercolor%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I hope you all had a happy Valentine's day too!<br />

<br />
This week I am participating in a theme challenge rather than just a color/technique prompt. I love Valentine's day mani's!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-MysIXipzZMU/Vr-_54XTvFI/AAAAAAAADCs/ErzhbeXwclA/s1600/Love%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-MysIXipzZMU/Vr-_54XTvFI/AAAAAAAADCs/ErzhbeXwclA/s640/Love%2B3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
If there is one trait my husband has that is both endearing and really annoying, it is that he can't keep a surprise to himself - especially when it comes to gift giving. Last week, he couldn't keep my Valentine's Day gift to himself any longer so he handed me some new UberChic Beauty stamping plates! He bought me collections 1 & 2 and the new Love & Marriage 02 plate. Gotta love a man who supports your habits! He knew I would want to use it for this mani - so I tried to live up to his expectations.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-83DqsoTg8gQ/Vr-_5i295RI/AAAAAAAADCs/VlEaLa8VZMs/s1600/Love%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-83DqsoTg8gQ/Vr-_5i295RI/AAAAAAAADCs/VlEaLa8VZMs/s640/Love%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
My wonderful husband also bought me a whole bunch of NYX polishes for Christmas (2014) that haven't been used yet so I brought that out too. :) I started with a new to me base coat for this one. I'm trying Nail Savvy Gripper these days - so far, so good. I used 3 thin coats of <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Pastel Lavender</u> as my base color on all of my nails. The accent nail has one coat then 3 very thin coats of <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Sugar Plum Fairy</u> on top. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-dCrVFxwPcwo/Vr-_6ERPWXI/AAAAAAAADCs/t52tZ5x799Q/s1600/Love%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-dCrVFxwPcwo/Vr-_6ERPWXI/AAAAAAAADCs/t52tZ5x799Q/s640/Love%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I used a different image for all of my nails from the Love & Marriage 02 plate. They are all so pretty, it was hard to choose. Since the theme was "love" this week, I tried to stick to words and hearts. The glitter on that accent nail was so amazing, I was tempted to do that over all of the nails but I refrained, from going bling-tastic this time. The violet color of the stamping polish played nicely with both the glitter and the creme colors.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lA4oJFAVe8A/Vr-_69SGf9I/AAAAAAAADCs/tPfvh-Fgo6E/s1600/Love%2B4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lA4oJFAVe8A/Vr-_69SGf9I/AAAAAAAADCs/tPfvh-Fgo6E/s640/Love%2B4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Happy Valentine's Day everyone! This is about as romantic as anything gets around here! I bought my husband a toaster to celebrate. LOL!<br />

I am so glad to be back with a new nail art post for you. My nail room is about 85% complete now so I actually have a small space dedicated to my nails. :) I do want to apologize for the look of my blog. I am not sure what is happening, but my background image will no longer load and I can't for the life of me figure out why. So, I guess this means it is time for some kind of re-vamp of the design. I'll get to thinking about that.<br />
<br />
In the meantime, here is my entry for the New Crumpets Nail Tarts 40 Great Nail Art Ideas prompt for this week: Aqua or Turquoise. I have waterspotting as my technique this week.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-c6RG_2NWJ-w/VrZbvFOluNI/AAAAAAAADCM/PNcUYOXqx8I/s1600/Teal%2BWater%2BSpotting%2B4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-c6RG_2NWJ-w/VrZbvFOluNI/AAAAAAAADCM/PNcUYOXqx8I/s640/Teal%2BWater%2BSpotting%2B4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
This is my first time attempting this technique. Watermarbling is such a nemesis of mine, that this scared me! Here is what I used for this look:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-a08FRmaZpLw/VrZbuNt-hlI/AAAAAAAADCM/5H5bopdUjiw/s1600/Teal%2BWater%2BSpotting%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-a08FRmaZpLw/VrZbuNt-hlI/AAAAAAAADCM/5H5bopdUjiw/s640/Teal%2BWater%2BSpotting%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I started with 3 thin coats of <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Teal The Tide Turns</u>. This is a textured polish so it is kind of hard to build up to a solid opacity. Without adding a top coat, I started the water spotting process. To do this, I added some distilled, room temperature water from a jug I have had for well over a year to a paper cup. I added 2 drops of the black to the cup and then sprayed 1 spray of hairspray to get it to separate.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-f2ydmOiV8CA/VrZbuAo82NI/AAAAAAAADCM/TkeNJmGN2j8/s1600/Teal%2BWater%2BSpotting%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-f2ydmOiV8CA/VrZbuAo82NI/AAAAAAAADCM/TkeNJmGN2j8/s640/Teal%2BWater%2BSpotting%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
As you can see, each nail is different. It is really hard to control the spray from the bottle so, you get what you get. LOL I think it came out cool! I finished this off with a coat of Seche Vite to smooth that finish out and give it some shine.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jRgNdtn5rrI/VrZbuLNHuYI/AAAAAAAADCM/FDbwQHuX0b8/s1600/Teal%2BWater%2BSpotting%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jRgNdtn5rrI/VrZbuLNHuYI/AAAAAAAADCM/FDbwQHuX0b8/s640/Teal%2BWater%2BSpotting%2B3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
This was SO MUCH EASIER than watermarbling (for me!). Since the results can be just random and have no pattern, I found it to be much more satisfying to the perfectionist in me.<br />
<br />
Thanks for stopping by!!<br />

I was not sure where to go for this challenge, but along came my inspiration on Instagram! Copycat Claws does some amazing things and her festive Bundle Monster stamping review was perfect to get the ball rolling for me. Please see her original post <a href="http://copycatclaws.blogspot.com/2015/12/bundle-monster-review-including.html" target="_blank">here</a>. Thanks Serene! Since I already had the tools this is what I did:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-hNOX5rt0RDA/VniTT8v4DjI/AAAAAAAADBU/c-YAnfRERdA/s1600/Christmas%2B4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-hNOX5rt0RDA/VniTT8v4DjI/AAAAAAAADBU/c-YAnfRERdA/s640/Christmas%2B4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
For this look, I started with my usual base coat followed by one coat of <b style="font-style: italic; text-decoration: underline;">Snow White</b>. I started to follow Serene's lead with the dry brush method, but that wasn't working too well for me and I didn't have the patience for it. So, using the polishes below:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-56uufa15C34/VniTSlpI0hI/AAAAAAAADBI/ZMzCt5f__d4/s1600/Christmas%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-56uufa15C34/VniTSlpI0hI/AAAAAAAADBI/ZMzCt5f__d4/s640/Christmas%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I used my Uber Mat to put the green, red, gold and white colors as concentrated dots in an empty nail guide. Once the dots were down, I used my stamper to smoosh them together. I let the polish dry a little on the stamper before putting it on my nails. This method gives a more random color scheme which I needed because dry brushing the colors on individually was too hard for my organized brain. Once that was dry, it was time to stamp. I used BM-S217 and randomly selected images to place on my nails. I wanted them all to be different and that is so easy to do with this type of plate! I also used the metal template stamping guides from Bundle Monster to help isolate the images before applying them to my nails. They are super helpful! <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-WH8YYUb7xVg/VniTSicmlSI/AAAAAAAADBM/jivh2kmUiAc/s1600/Christmas%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-WH8YYUb7xVg/VniTSicmlSI/AAAAAAAADBM/jivh2kmUiAc/s640/Christmas%2B3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Once the stamps were dry, I added some Seche Vite for shine and protection. I got this done just in time for a holiday party at work. They were a hit. :)<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-5GQ3HFeuTUM/VniTSAWyGcI/AAAAAAAADBE/ITK7Na8JzKA/s1600/Christmas%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-5GQ3HFeuTUM/VniTSAWyGcI/AAAAAAAADBE/ITK7Na8JzKA/s640/Christmas%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />

Luckily, I had the help of my niece and nephew to help pick out the colors to use! My pattern is "swirls" this week.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-YmJCvQ6pntw/VlsXNyEmNlI/AAAAAAAAC_s/x0PjB9nNDMs/s1600/Gray%2B%252B%2BColor%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-YmJCvQ6pntw/VlsXNyEmNlI/AAAAAAAAC_s/x0PjB9nNDMs/s640/Gray%2B%252B%2BColor%2B3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I used my brand new Uber Mat and plate 6-01 that my hubby got me from Uber Chic Beauty for my birthday. I need more practice on this technique but what wonderful products they are!<br />
<br />
Here is what the kiddos picked out. My nephew picked the pink color and my niece picked out the grey. Their stipulation was that there had to be mostly grey in the look.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-VFap5AntiAg/VlsXN36kusI/AAAAAAAAC_o/byUtvAyz6O0/s1600/Gray%2B%252B%2BColor%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-VFap5AntiAg/VlsXN36kusI/AAAAAAAAC_o/byUtvAyz6O0/s640/Gray%2B%252B%2BColor%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
This came out super cute! The weather is changing here and my house is very cool so the polish wasn't working as well as I had hoped, but in the end, my trusty Seche Vite smoothed everything out. I am in the process of creating a new "nail room" so the polish will be in a better place to maintain an even temperature. I can't wait to share those results with you. :)<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-xcolHr3q5zI/VlsXN6K_VrI/AAAAAAAAC_k/h_dicT072oE/s1600/Gray%2B%252B%2BColor%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-xcolHr3q5zI/VlsXN6K_VrI/AAAAAAAAC_k/h_dicT072oE/s640/Gray%2B%252B%2BColor%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I know I am posting this more than super late, but I didn't want to forget about it and I had to show the kiddos some love. Thanks for stopping by!<br />

My prompt this week was <u style="font-style: italic;">stripes</u>:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-AeA-hQ9Vapo/VkFSrh8YifI/AAAAAAAAC-0/U7hygUAxb5A/s1600/Black%2B%2526%2BWhite%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-AeA-hQ9Vapo/VkFSrh8YifI/AAAAAAAAC-0/U7hygUAxb5A/s640/Black%2B%2526%2BWhite%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
This is so simple but I really love how it turned out. I am always leery of the striping tape...<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-QxxvzlOUQk8/VkFSrLAkr5I/AAAAAAAAC-k/XY5tHIhkiTg/s1600/Black%2B%2526%2BWhite%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-QxxvzlOUQk8/VkFSrLAkr5I/AAAAAAAAC-k/XY5tHIhkiTg/s640/Black%2B%2526%2BWhite%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I used my usual base coat to protect and strengthen my nails and added 2 coats of <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Spirit</u> to each nail. Once that was dry, I topped it off with a layer of Seche Vite to harden the polish so I didn't smudge anything with the tape when creating the stripes.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-QUifAtjycCo/VkFTJ5TtfLI/AAAAAAAAC_A/r1Kqfg9f3D4/s1600/Black%2B%2526%2BWhite%2B4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-QUifAtjycCo/VkFTJ5TtfLI/AAAAAAAAC_A/r1Kqfg9f3D4/s640/Black%2B%2526%2BWhite%2B4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I used a piece of masking tape for the larger portion. I always try to remove some of the stickiness from that tape to help make sure there is no evidence of the taping. I used the thin striping tape for the other lines. Working on one nail at a time, I only needed one coat of <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Smoke & Ashes</u>. What a beautiful black with some green shimmer in it! I removed the tape while the polish was still wet to aid in getting crisp lines.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-v4Y4-jm-ZMs/VkFSrjwM02I/AAAAAAAAC-o/H6JCcpid1YA/s1600/Black%2B%2526%2BWhite%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-v4Y4-jm-ZMs/VkFSrjwM02I/AAAAAAAAC-o/H6JCcpid1YA/s640/Black%2B%2526%2BWhite%2B3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I might be late in posting for this week, but I hope you like it as much as I do. Thanks for stopping by. :)<br />

For this week's 40 Great Nail Art Ideas prompt, I have "stamped". Here is a look at what I did:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WfgNHCPYubo/VirJ6ZkhOwI/AAAAAAAAC94/f9rgpwNU4no/s1600/Purple%2BOrange%2BGreen%2B5.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WfgNHCPYubo/VirJ6ZkhOwI/AAAAAAAAC94/f9rgpwNU4no/s640/Purple%2BOrange%2BGreen%2B5.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Picking the colors for this was pretty easy. I just wanted bright, distinct colors. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-2n9GzdEdAlQ/VirJ09RLF-I/AAAAAAAAC9c/oZtiAI5dsL4/s1600/Purple%2BOrange%2BGreen%2B1.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-2n9GzdEdAlQ/VirJ09RLF-I/AAAAAAAAC9c/oZtiAI5dsL4/s640/Purple%2BOrange%2BGreen%2B1.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Do you know how many Halloween themed stamps there are? It is really challenging to pick them out! Since I just received the new Bundle Monster Seasonal plates, I chose to use some of the jack-o-lantern faces on plate BM-S204.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Dcf0L37JKI8/VirJ1SdUGMI/AAAAAAAAC9g/_lNKwkZwQLU/s1600/Purple%2BOrange%2BGreen%2B3.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Dcf0L37JKI8/VirJ1SdUGMI/AAAAAAAAC9g/_lNKwkZwQLU/s640/Purple%2BOrange%2BGreen%2B3.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I also wanted to try to make decals. I don't have an Uber Mat (yet) so I chose to try to use a silicone baking sheet. It worked fairly well, but there is staining. LOL! So, all of the designs you see in the polish I hand created on the mat. I was so in love with the ring finger, I just couldn't bring myself to stamp over it. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-5hIdwq06Amg/VirJ55GssHI/AAAAAAAAC90/QEOcMYk0PLo/s1600/Purple%2BOrange%2BGreen%2B4.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-5hIdwq06Amg/VirJ55GssHI/AAAAAAAAC90/QEOcMYk0PLo/s640/Purple%2BOrange%2BGreen%2B4.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I had to have a kitty cat stamp! I just got a new kitty so she needed to be represented somehow. :)<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NBG7itW4EzE/VirJ1g3hOvI/AAAAAAAAC9k/EWCOxAJ6tGo/s1600/Purple%2BOrange%2BGreen%2B2.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NBG7itW4EzE/VirJ1g3hOvI/AAAAAAAAC9k/EWCOxAJ6tGo/s640/Purple%2BOrange%2BGreen%2B2.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Happy Halloween! Thanks for stopping by. <br />

Participating in a group challenge is really a lot of fun and this one is set up phenomenally! For the color prompts (which is what I am doing) we all have a different pattern to do so we aren't all the same. How clever is Miss Debbie Crumpet?! My pattern this week is SQUARES.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-wQ_B2UqO4fA/VhXRZ67HENI/AAAAAAAAC8w/LUuLFYUA-bs/s1600/Teal%2BSquares%2B3.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-wQ_B2UqO4fA/VhXRZ67HENI/AAAAAAAAC8w/LUuLFYUA-bs/s640/Teal%2BSquares%2B3.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I will be honest here and let you know that I really struggle with the difference between "teal" and "turquoise". HA! I just noticed the cat hair on my pinkie. I just can't get away from it! Here is what I used:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-5yu5fNrqFDs/VhXRZsOUwJI/AAAAAAAAC8s/Cn394ABAYos/s1600/Teal%2BSquares%2B1.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-5yu5fNrqFDs/VhXRZsOUwJI/AAAAAAAAC8s/Cn394ABAYos/s640/Teal%2BSquares%2B1.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I put 2 coats of <b style="font-style: italic; text-decoration: underline;">Garter Toss</b> on top of my usual base coat. This is a very pale shade, but I didn't want to use white this time. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-eW4Rs71DEZQ/VhXRceJpw0I/AAAAAAAAC84/Iml6ds_2fzc/s1600/Teal%2BSquares.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-eW4Rs71DEZQ/VhXRceJpw0I/AAAAAAAAC84/Iml6ds_2fzc/s640/Teal%2BSquares.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I added 2 coats of <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Mint Dream</u> to all of my nails. Using an image from RA-103, I stamped with MDU <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Fiji</u> and <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Black</u> on all of my nails. I had a hard time keeping the image straight on my nails! I tend to use a squishy stamper head to compensate for the curve of my nail, but I found a very firm head worked better to maintain the image quality.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-j05mMJKa62Q/VhXRr02DZDI/AAAAAAAAC9A/kQZfWyqfSyM/s1600/Teal%2BSquares%2B5.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-j05mMJKa62Q/VhXRr02DZDI/AAAAAAAAC9A/kQZfWyqfSyM/s640/Teal%2BSquares%2B5.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I then added 2 more coats of <b><u style="font-style: italic;">Mint Dream</u> </b>to a couple of my nails. For my accent nails, I added 2 coats of <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">I Saw A Comet</u>. What a wonderful glitter topper! A layer of Seche Vite to even it all out and give some shine wraps this up! <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-A5nBMhm3z88/VhXRZWexR3I/AAAAAAAAC8o/8RHg7XIlnZs/s1600/Teal%2BSquares%2B4.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-A5nBMhm3z88/VhXRZWexR3I/AAAAAAAAC8o/8RHg7XIlnZs/s640/Teal%2BSquares%2B4.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
My nails are a bunch of nubbins these days - I have had a lot of mishaps causing breakage so it makes me trim them all down. I like things nice and even. LOL! Thank you for stopping by! <br />

I simply love the versatility of it. My nail polish collection is drowning in pink and purple! How is it that there are so many different shades? I have combined a bunch of purples for this mani!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-YM-L33_1kC4/VdemShF9YYI/AAAAAAAAC6o/EmwiansX3PQ/s1600/Purple%2B5.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-YM-L33_1kC4/VdemShF9YYI/AAAAAAAAC6o/EmwiansX3PQ/s640/Purple%2B5.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I'm not even sure why I turned to purple for this look. I guess I just wanted to show it some love. You know I love a gradient look too! Had I not been circling the nail art forums so many years ago, I wouldn't have known the beauty. I love this community so much and everything it teaches me. :)<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Z7679IPNWyQ/VdemOy8zMTI/AAAAAAAAC6U/ojUPQ_LIC38/s1600/Purple%2B1.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Z7679IPNWyQ/VdemOy8zMTI/AAAAAAAAC6U/ojUPQ_LIC38/s640/Purple%2B1.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I started with my usual base coat to protect my nails and then started with 2 coats of <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">In A Lily Bit</u>. Once that was completely dry, I started the gradient. I use a make-up sponge for my technique. I put a stripe of each color on the sponge and lightly add it to each nail. Once each layer is dry, I go back over it until I am happy with the color.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WJOljSKqi5s/VdemSiB8qPI/AAAAAAAAC6s/de2XtQu5JD0/s1600/Purple%2B4.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WJOljSKqi5s/VdemSiB8qPI/AAAAAAAAC6s/de2XtQu5JD0/s640/Purple%2B4.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I can't even begin to express how much I love <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Winterberry</u>! It has the deepest color with such a hint of shimmer. A lot of people like to do gradients with only 2 colors, which are absolutely stunning. I, somehow, typically gravitate towards three colors. For my accent nail, I applied 2 coats of <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Stevie</u> to my ring finger. In my opinion, Zoya makes the best textured polishes. They can be worn with a top coat (which is my preference).<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-0B3Jvwtu1BA/VdemQz2yzHI/AAAAAAAAC6c/rl23NXWDLnw/s1600/Purple%2B3.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-0B3Jvwtu1BA/VdemQz2yzHI/AAAAAAAAC6c/rl23NXWDLnw/s640/Purple%2B3.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Once the polish is dry, I put a layer of Seche Vite on to even out the color and to prepare for stamping. I used BM-711 for this image. I love the fine lines and MDU <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Copper</u> was a perfect accent. Another layer of Seche Vite finished this pretty manicure off.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-OWJ2waP76c4/VdemOgO_hNI/AAAAAAAAC6Q/M7UZ_atMmJY/s1600/Purple%2B2.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-OWJ2waP76c4/VdemOgO_hNI/AAAAAAAAC6Q/M7UZ_atMmJY/s640/Purple%2B2.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I also, for the first time ever, stamped my big toe while I did a matching pedicure. It is the first time I have been able to bend that far over since having 2 major back surgeries two years ago. That was fun! Not to fret, I won't ever post a picture of my feet on here. Thanks for stopping by!<br />

<br />
It's been a long while since I last posted but today I have a summer ready manicure that was super easy and really adorable!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-OSQ6RgP-iSk/VdemIvQF3MI/AAAAAAAAC58/BoDT5kpGH9Q/s1600/Pastel%2BPlaid%2B3.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-OSQ6RgP-iSk/VdemIvQF3MI/AAAAAAAAC58/BoDT5kpGH9Q/s640/Pastel%2BPlaid%2B3.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I started with a white base coat and then added the colors below in one-stroke fashion to my desired color density.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-MVRcHqDXt2M/VdemIkL6UWI/AAAAAAAAC54/QAmdikPrwIg/s1600/Pastel%2BPlaid%2B1.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-MVRcHqDXt2M/VdemIkL6UWI/AAAAAAAAC54/QAmdikPrwIg/s640/Pastel%2BPlaid%2B1.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I was very inspired by The Nailasaurus for this look. You can see her original post <a href="http://www.thenailasaurus.com/2014/07/bleached-streaky-nail-art.html" target="_blank">here</a>. To do this look, all you need is a few colors that you want to blend together. I dropped a few drops of color on a piece of tin foil and then used a spare brush to mix some acetone into the drops of color. Once it was thinned out a bit (watery), I did only one stroke across the nail in the horizontal direction then a vertical one.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-q5zjkEXB02A/VdemMc0ewWI/AAAAAAAAC6E/Jtf-wZbJXqM/s1600/Pastel%2BPlaid%2B4.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-q5zjkEXB02A/VdemMc0ewWI/AAAAAAAAC6E/Jtf-wZbJXqM/s640/Pastel%2BPlaid%2B4.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I tried to do each nail a bit different so the strokes wouldn't be the same. This was really fun to do and super quick! Once the colors looked good to me, I ended with a layer of Seche Vite for a super shine.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-0sq2Fghe4AA/VdemHyymH3I/AAAAAAAAC50/NXcDrrAWsNA/s1600/Pastel%2BPlaid%2B2.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-0sq2Fghe4AA/VdemHyymH3I/AAAAAAAAC50/NXcDrrAWsNA/s640/Pastel%2BPlaid%2B2.png" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Thanks for stopping by! <br />

He wanted purple (over my pink choice) and I had already committed to trying a radial gradient. Here is what we ended up with.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-6Hfj1S5jCxs/VWZtxJdtwyI/AAAAAAAAC34/OWhBCKhrp2I/s1600/Purple%2BPleasure%2B4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-6Hfj1S5jCxs/VWZtxJdtwyI/AAAAAAAAC34/OWhBCKhrp2I/s1600/Purple%2BPleasure%2B4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
This was really fun to work on and I love how it came out (for a first go at the radial gradient technique)! I know there is room for improvement on my placement and probably color variation. I used quite a few polishes for this one:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pSw0aFawUJE/VWZtvdTyj4I/AAAAAAAAC3s/d97VXA0OhGA/s1600/Purple%2BPleasure%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pSw0aFawUJE/VWZtvdTyj4I/AAAAAAAAC3s/d97VXA0OhGA/s1600/Purple%2BPleasure%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I am in love with using latex on my fingers to help with clean up these days, so once I put down my usual base coat, I slathered on some liquid latex (in my fancy neon blue color) on all of my fingers. The tricky part is not letting your fingers touch because the latex likes to stick to itself! So, once that was on and dry, I added a layer of a white base coat to help get the color to pop. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-QgypqgTYHxU/VWZtvWT7mrI/AAAAAAAAC3k/mJW1RQG4U6w/s1600/Purple%2BPleasure%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-QgypqgTYHxU/VWZtvWT7mrI/AAAAAAAAC3k/mJW1RQG4U6w/s1600/Purple%2BPleasure%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I used a make-up sponge and put the polishes in a bullseye pattern with lightest in the middle and just tried to center it on the nail. After about 3 or 4 passes, I was pretty happy with it. There was a lot of indecision on a stamping color this time too but I love what I picked. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-1lIwlv0QrEE/VWZtvXr5Y3I/AAAAAAAAC3o/8jKjdAn2tR4/s1600/Purple%2BPleasure%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-1lIwlv0QrEE/VWZtvXr5Y3I/AAAAAAAAC3o/8jKjdAn2tR4/s1600/Purple%2BPleasure%2B3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I used an image from Pueen 47. Surprisingly, the MDU <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Violet</u> was kind of runny and was hard to get a clear image from but you can barely tell! Thank goodness. LOL! the MDU <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Purple</u> is a perfect accent nail! Hubby was really skeptical, but once I had my nails all cleaned up, he was on board!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-yj7b09T3BdY/VWZtxYzDHKI/AAAAAAAAC38/irgk5hVgpbI/s1600/Purple%2BPleasure%2B5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-yj7b09T3BdY/VWZtxYzDHKI/AAAAAAAAC38/irgk5hVgpbI/s1600/Purple%2BPleasure%2B5.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />

That is all I had to work with for this design. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-zfuuMGbu7UI/VWNgkSJChBI/AAAAAAAAC2Q/IUyOx9kHCVw/s1600/Sandy%2BCranberries%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-zfuuMGbu7UI/VWNgkSJChBI/AAAAAAAAC2Q/IUyOx9kHCVw/s1600/Sandy%2BCranberries%2B2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I ended up with cranberries lounging on the beach. LOL That is all I can think of when looking at this.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-okS_02Byp9g/VWNgkd9MFCI/AAAAAAAAC2U/39A94cPWca4/s1600/Sandy%2BCranberries%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-okS_02Byp9g/VWNgkd9MFCI/AAAAAAAAC2U/39A94cPWca4/s1600/Sandy%2BCranberries%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Wocka Wocka!</u> is just divine! The color is irresistible and it paired wonderfully with <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">On Taupe of the World</u>. I used a make-up sponge to apply these two colors over a base of the ULTA nude. I did this on ALL of my nails then added the glitter only on the accent nail - with a make-up sponge to get the glitter spread out without the weight of the clear base. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7RDJ0LLPwgc/VWNglrWl8AI/AAAAAAAAC2g/86fC8iX1oRo/s1600/Sandy%2BCranberries%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7RDJ0LLPwgc/VWNglrWl8AI/AAAAAAAAC2g/86fC8iX1oRo/s1600/Sandy%2BCranberries%2B3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
2
<br />
One thing I learned on this manicure is that Seche Vite will spread the red color! I lost a couple of fingers on my non-swatching hand learning how to really "float" the top coat on. Once I had that down, it was much better! <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-t05Wrk1v3o0/VWNgl28YmSI/AAAAAAAAC2k/Aa_vhCYWnVI/s1600/Sandy%2BCranberries%2B4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-t05Wrk1v3o0/VWNgl28YmSI/AAAAAAAAC2k/Aa_vhCYWnVI/s1600/Sandy%2BCranberries%2B4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>

I chose a Blue-Teal gradient with stamping for a Spring pick-me-up mani.<br />

I started with a white base over my typical base coat. Then, using a make-up sponge, I added several layers of the colors below to get the desired look.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-9ypzy1U3sIY/VWNghwd1TRI/AAAAAAAAC10/tj_45hXO4H8/s1600/Blue%2BHibiscus%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-9ypzy1U3sIY/VWNghwd1TRI/AAAAAAAAC10/tj_45hXO4H8/s1600/Blue%2BHibiscus%2B1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
I used the China Glaze at the very end to get a little bit of shimmer over the Color Club to be on the same level as the Sinful Shine. Once the color saturation was where I wanted it, I used Pueen 72 and my wonderful MDU stamping polish to add some hibiscus images. I wanted to vary it up so I added them in all different locations on my nails.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-2efKDOuQTm0/VWNgiLX-5zI/AAAAAAAAC14/-VGAUcvHZME/s1600/Blue%2BHibiscus%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-2efKDOuQTm0/VWNgiLX-5zI/AAAAAAAAC14/-VGAUcvHZME/s1600/Blue%2BHibiscus%2B3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I loved this so much that I wore the heck out of it!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
Happy Spring!!<br />

That is what this looks like to me. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-st5PWtPAJko/VUAy6hDo5yI/AAAAAAAAC1E/DCNZ7yGLd4k/s1600/Cotton%2BCandy%2B2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-st5PWtPAJko/VUAy6hDo5yI/AAAAAAAAC1E/DCNZ7yGLd4k/s1600/Cotton%2BCandy%2B2.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I wanted to brave the watermarble technique again but this time I wanted to try something different. I had seen a tutorial where you can pull the design off of the water and use it like a decal rather than dipping your fingers in the water. Well, that was a total and complete failure. I want to chalk it up to the polishes I used rather than my own issues... I couldn't give up after the hours of trying to make this work so I did it the traditional way.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-AzLUaD6NrxU/VUAy60KSO1I/AAAAAAAAC1I/qrPSHNJstpk/s1600/Cotton%2BCandy%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-AzLUaD6NrxU/VUAy60KSO1I/AAAAAAAAC1I/qrPSHNJstpk/s1600/Cotton%2BCandy%2B1.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I used the white as a base layer of polish, then applied liquid latex around my nails and on my fingers to make the process less awful. LOL! Well, there is one thing I learned about the latex: don't let your fingers stick together! It was really comical to see me trying to pull my fingers apart with bright blue webbing from the latex. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-z2YxHcofo7E/VUAy6jw2UeI/AAAAAAAAC1A/OgriEpjQ7uo/s1600/Cotton%2BCandy%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-z2YxHcofo7E/VUAy6jw2UeI/AAAAAAAAC1A/OgriEpjQ7uo/s1600/Cotton%2BCandy%2B3.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
There were other disasters during this process as well. There was a clump of latex that somehow got caught in the Seche Vite on my pinkie nail so that is why there is a divot. I also found some fuzzy something or other while putting top coat on the other hand and when I pulled it out, it smeared everything. It can't be great every time and it was a funny story to tell my friends. I mean 5 hours of a manicure should have something awesome come out of it!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jocFsS3GyxM/VUAy8ICGrZI/AAAAAAAAC1Q/psukp9NApX4/s1600/Cotton%2BCandy%2B4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jocFsS3GyxM/VUAy8ICGrZI/AAAAAAAAC1Q/psukp9NApX4/s1600/Cotton%2BCandy%2B4.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
All in all, I like it. I hope you do too. <br />

As I write this post, it is storming outside - you know the really great kind of rain storm that puts you at ease. This is the sound people like to sleep to and I love it! OK, on to the nail stuff...<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jOkxCve_BDY/VTVbEUmdasI/AAAAAAAAC0Y/xA36_i4GNQg/s1600/Orange%2BDream%2B3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-jOkxCve_BDY/VTVbEUmdasI/AAAAAAAAC0Y/xA36_i4GNQg/s1600/Orange%2BDream%2B3.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
The more I stamp, the more I love it! Here is what I used:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-s6WreXhczbQ/VTVbDc4W5yI/AAAAAAAAC0I/xzJ0j0xklB4/s1600/Orange%2BDream%2B1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-s6WreXhczbQ/VTVbDc4W5yI/AAAAAAAAC0I/xzJ0j0xklB4/s1600/Orange%2BDream%2B1.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I used a white under polish, then 2 coats <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Charismatic</u>. Once this was semi-dry, I added a layer of Seche Vite to harden it for stamping. I used some liquid latex around my nails to help with clean up as well. Tangent: I am not sure how I feel about it. It DOES help with cleanup but I can't seem to always get it all off my nails. Mixed feelings so far, but I will keep trying it out. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-HxyrGyLfikc/VTVbFKY2VII/AAAAAAAAC0g/bNO_P4kWICs/s1600/Orange%2BDream%2B4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-HxyrGyLfikc/VTVbFKY2VII/AAAAAAAAC0g/bNO_P4kWICs/s1600/Orange%2BDream%2B4.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I used one of the images from Pueen 55. It is really hard to tell, but I used <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Peach</u> to stamp all of my nails except my ring finger where I used <u style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Cream</u>. It is very subtle, but you can see more of the difference in person. Gotta love cameras. :) It's a fun manicure though an perfect to get my mindset right for Spring.<br />
